2 Sam 9:11-13, "...As for Mephibosheth," said the king, "he shall eat at my table like one of the king's sons. Mephibosheth had a young son whose name was Micha. And all who dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants of Mephibosheth. So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem, for he ate continually at the king's table. And he was lame in both his feet."Mephibosheth was a lame man, Yet he found favor in the sight of king David to that extent that he was allowed to eat at the king's table like one of the king's sons. Though David hated lame people as seen from 2 Sam 5:8, Now David said on that day, "Whoever climbs up by way of the water shaft and defeats the Jebusites (the lame and the blind, who are hated by David's soul), he shall be chief and captain." Therefore they say, "The blind and the lame shall not come into the house" Yet Mephibosheth found favor in the eyes of David. In the same way, though God hated sin and the sinful nature of mankind yet He loved us so much that He came down in the form of a man to give His life for us. He went to the cruel cross and shed His precious blood so that we could get forgiveness of our sins and lead a holy life. Because of His shed blood the way was prepared so that we could dine with the King of kings and Lord of lords as His own children. What a privilege it is to dine with the King of kings and Lord of Lords! He said in Rev 3:20, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me."Also when Saul's family members were to be killed David spared the life of Mephibosheth because he found favor in the sight of David. When we find favor in the sight of God, our lives also will be spared from eternal death and destruction. To find favor with God, we need not to do any hard work or go through rituals, but have simply to come at the feet of Jesus, repent from our sins and give our lives to Jesus. When you will do that, He will give you the right to become a child of God according to John 1:12 and you will receive forgiveness of your sins.

The real purpose of these revelations is for deliverance. Deliverance word looks complicated and hard but if you have revelations (visions and dreams) from God the task of deliverance becomes easy. Just one revelation from Jesus could bring solution for even the toughest problems. I believe that today's message would be beneficial for you if you are filled with Holy Spirit and have the ability to see visions and dreams. There are hundreds of ministries which work for years and work hard but see few results. It is heart breaking when you go through such situations. I see many genuine and true ministers who labor tirelessly for God's kingdom with negligible results. Have you ever wondered and thought why it is happening? Have you ever wondered and thought why the results are so few? You are working tirelessly to bring souls into the kingdom of God i.e. into heaven but there is an enemy behind the scene also working against you tirelessly. Satan is not sleeping but he is also working 24/7. Without your knowledge satan is working behind your back reverting continuously whatever you are doing for God so that you see no results or just few results here and there. So before you start to do anything or before you go in the mission field you need to understand the tricks that the devil will play before hand in order to defeat the enemy i.e. satan. Unless and until we understand this principle that what kinds of demons are working behind a particular project and how to defeat them we can't achieve much. Our battle against satan doesn't start in the mission fields or in the meeting grounds but it starts very early. The key is that we need to win this battle on our knees. It is not the good messages presented with good vocabulary or the great preaching ability that brings victory, but the one revelation obtained from Jesus that makes all the difference. Unless we seek that special revelation which comes from Jesus we can't win the battle against satan. That's why Bible says that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the powers of darkness and demons. Ephesians 6:12, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."How can we know what kinds of demons are working?It could be achieved only by prayer and spending much time at the feet of Jesus. If you are able to see visions and dreams God would reveal through them that one revelation which would be the solution for all the problems. When we look in the Bible we find that Jesus met a man with more than 6,000 demons. Why could Jesus cast them out in one split second? The reason is that Jesus knew what kind of demons are there and how many are there. Mark 5:9, 'Then He asked him, "What is your name?" And he answered, saying, "My name is Legion; for we are many."Instead if you take such a person to a doctor he would give him all kinds of medicines including electric shock therapy but it would not change the position of a patient. In real you are not giving electric shock to demons but to that poor patient who is already tormented by demons. It was on 2005 when my dad was very ill. He was fighting against life and death situation. Lord had revealed that the sickness was because of witchcraft. He revealed many things and we prayed hard and drove those demons away. As I said in my previous issue that demons could not enter inside of a believer but they can work from the outside and they can even create havoc. One day we found out that my dad was behaving like he was mentally ill. Usually he doesn't talk much but we found that he was talking non stop. I felt great sadness in my heart and thought, "if he gets well but if he stays mentally ill then the healing has no meaning." It was a painful thought that he is going to live the rest of his life as a mentally ill person. That day when we came home I prayed to figure out what God had to say about it. After a few minutes of prayer I saw a vision. In this vision I saw my dad's face and I saw him saying non stop "pachak pachak" the word that he kept repeating. Then the Lord said that it was done by the demon and the demon's name is "pachak pachak" and when you drive this demon away he will be healed and become normal. So we prayed for the next 15 days and commanded this demon to leave in Jesus name. After 15 days we started seeing a remarkable change and he became totally normal. One revelation from Jesus has changed his condition. Most of the times you see people looking mentally ill are not mentally ill really but it is done by demonic power and witchcraft. One revelation from Jesus could change the situation. In the medical field they have various treatments for mental illness, depression, cancer and many other ailments, but medicines do not heal them fully. The reason is that you can't feed medicines to demons and demons don't leave seeing those treatments. People take anti depressants but it doesn't remove depression. Instead in many cases people commit suicide after taking these medicines. Why? The root cause is demonic and so you can't heal those sicknesses until you drive the demons out. But when we spend time at the feet of Jesus we can find the right solution for them. The same thing is with ministry. We need revelations and we need to find the particular solutions. I remember late Br. DGS Dhinakaran (jesuscalls.org) used to tell his experience with demons. Once he went to preach in a city. Before the meeting starts he would be spending several days separately in a hotel room in prayer and fasting. Once in such a prayer time when he was in his hotel room and praying all alone a demon showed up in front of him. This was not a vision but a real personal encounter with the devil. Br. Dhinakaran said that the demon came personally in his room and threatened him saying, "it was his territory so he would not allow him to preach there and he said to br. Dhinakaran to leave that city." But brother rebuked the demon in Jesus name and commanded him to leave. The demon left and the meetings went very well and great deliverance took place there. Many mighty miracles happened and people received healing and deliverance from various kinds of sicknesses which medical science can't cure. What happened here was that the demon which was holding the city and people in his control, ruling over them and ruining their lives, could be driven away by the fasting and prayer of br. Dhinakaran and because of it many mighty miracles happened in this meeting. So the key is that before preaching in any place or in any meeting it is necessary to remove those demonic strong holds which are controlling the people. When these demonic powers lose their ability to stay in that particular area or lose their control or when they leave, it will become much easier for the people to find deliverance. Jesus said, you can't plunder a strong man's goods unless you first bind him. Mathew 12:29, "Or how can one enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house."You can't win victory without removing the root cause of evil i.e. satan and it's powers. If you want to see people delivered and healed from all kinds of sickness and problems first you need to remove the strong man satan from that place and it could be done only through revelations from Jesus. Only Jesus knows what is happening in the spirit realm and when we seek His guidance He tells us what is happening and how to handle it. To reveal the working of demons Jesus will give you many visions and it becomes easier to drive them out and win victory.Proverbs 29:18 (KJV), "Where there is no vision, the people perish:..."(NIV) Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint(English standard version) Where there is no prophetic vision the people cast off restraint,Vision dreams and revelations are vital part of ministry without which we can't achieve much.
