New Beginning

Josh 1:5 "No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you. "Josh 3:7 And the LORD said to Joshua, "This day I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with you."The Lord told these two verses to Joshua when Moses was dead and all the responsibility was on Joshua. The first promise He gave to Joshua was that, "No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life." In another words, success in every field, no defeat. And we later see that wherever Joshua went he won the battle and nations bowed before him. He went through problems, but because Jesus was with him he overcame in every situation, every attack of the enemy, and stood firmly till the end. Yes, When Jesus is with us, He does the same things in our lives. He gives us success in every field of our life. Problems may be there, temptations may be there. But these things are not going to overcome us if Jesus is with us. As Jesus said in John 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."He says "I will never leave you nor forsake you." And Bible also says in Isa41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." He is a faithful God though we are not faithful. We change our will many times but He does not change. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Whatever He said, He will certainly fulfill. 2 Cor.1:20, "For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us." Yes, every promise is for us. We only have to claim these promises. He is going to be with us in this New Year as He was with Moses. When Jesus will be with us what He do for us? Bible says in Isa 45:2 'I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron." Yes, He will break the barriers and make a way for us. As He guided the Israelites in wilderness, He is going to guide us in this new year and till the end.And the Lord told Joshua, "This day I will begin to exalt you in the sight of all Israel,....." When Jesus is with us He lifts us and exalts us in every field of our life. Dear friend, You may be in much problems, tears and distresses. You may have had a bitter past, with unforgettably bad memories. You may see no hope for the future, but today Jesus can solve your problems. As we enter into a New Year, why don't we start a new beginning with Christ Jesus and forget about our past. Leave everything on Christ and He will take care.Yes, I wish a very happy and prosperous New Year to all of you!! May God bless you and be with you always!
Standing in the Gap - Fasting prayer on 13th May. 2008
As the Bible says in Ezekiel 22:30 "So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it." And also the Bible says in Numbers 16:48, "And he (Aaron) stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." We have fasting prayer every second Tuesday of each month. Our next fasting prayer meeting will be conducted on 13th May. 2008
Printed Version of the Magazine
We are excited to announce that we are starting printed edition of the magazine that will be monthly. And will contain all the four or five issues of a month. Our online magazine will still be free and can be read via email or on our websiteThere was a huge demand that we send our magazine by snail mail. So that you can read it offline as well as give it to your friends. So we are starting a printed version. To cover the printing cost we decided to charge a small subscription fee.
